I bought this gauge to use on my engine dyno and it works as expected. I made an adapter so that the sender can screw into a standard 1/2 inch drain plug hole to measure the temperature of the oil in the oil pan sump. Hookup is very simple and the light is bright which makes the gauge easy to read.
