Extend the life of the lamp
1：Use ECO mode to reduce lamp consumption.
2：Do not exceed 4 hours each time.
3：Each use lasts at least 3 minutes.
4：Do not disconnect the power supply during use.
5：After shutting down, wait at least 60 minutes or the projector has cooled down before restarting.
6：After shutting down, make sure that the cooling fan stops before disconnecting the power plug.
7：Regularly clean the dust inside the projector and around the lamp, and replace the filter.
Bulb life test
We have a team that specializes in testing the service life of bulbs. Engineers will test the bulbs in different series and different environments. At the same time of testing, we will collect the data generated when the bulb is working, and update the bulb technology based on these data.
Brightness test
We implement a unique policy for the brightness of the bulb, the brightness index difference of each bulb is within 4% to ensure the consistency of the brightness of each bulb.
Color temperature test
We ensure that the consistency of the color temperature index of each bulb reaches 100%. and the color temperature remains unchanged within 3000 hours, the color temperature difference within 5000 hours does not exceed 2%.
Technology Application
We share light source technologies in different fields. for example, we apply the light and shadow technology of 3D architectural projection to projector bulbs and stage lighting.

I bought the Cooban bulb to replace the burnt out bulb in my Epson Powerlite 3500 home projector. It fit perfectly and was easy to install. Included are a screwdriver and lint free glove to help with the install. The picture was very bright with great color display. This bulb was much better than the last replacement bulb I purchased. Also it was delivered the next day and was packaged well. You will not be disappointed with this product.

I emailed Cooban and they replied THE SAME DAY! They asked for some additional info which I sent them and again got a response THE SAME DAY! They then mailed me a replacement bulb THE SAME DAY. This is the kind of service we’d all like, but mostly don’t expect. Based on how the bulb performs, I’ll provide further feedback, but this was Super Service!

I bought this on April 12. It is now May 26th and the bulb is already burned out. I can't get an hour count until I get a new bulb in, but even at 4 hours a day, there couldn't be more than 200 hours on this. My original OEM bulb that came from factory had like 3500 hours. And, I'm past the return window. I'm irritated to say the least.Edit. I'm upgrading from 1 star to 3 stars for the customer service. The seller responded to this review in about 24 hours and offered an apology and refund for the bad lamp. Hopefully the lamp burning out early wasn't the standard quality for these as they typically had good reviews. I'd be willing to give them another chance on my next lamp.

After a year and a half, the bulb started to flicker. So I put back the original bulb that I use for 7 years and it still worked great.

So far so good. Installed the bulb 2 days ago and immediately noticed a brighter image. Only comment is I couldn’t get the screws to start after inserting the lamp. I tried 3 times without pushing to hard as I didn’t want to damage anything. On the 4th attempt I put a little extra pressure and was able to tighten everything up fine. Really happy so far on the quality of picture and the price.

This lamp was a quick and simple swap. Took all of 3 min to get back up and running.Image is actually sharper then before, which with almost 5000 hrs on the original bulb, would make sense.

Our last one lasted 3 years. Frustrated and not sure what to doWarranty is for 200 days. It lasted 243. I would not buy from this manufacturer again if they don’t refund this product for me.All the other apps and products that we bought for this projector have lasted longer than this product significantly longer.

Installation is easy, did it 2 minutes while the projector still mounted on the ceiling. The product looks identical to the original Epson lamp and works very well. I have been used for a month on daily basis (almost 2-3 hours daily), no issue found. I still keep the original Epson lamp (just over 4000 hrs used) as a backup, hopefully this new one will also last more than 4000 hrs. Pretty happy with this lamp so far.
