Since it says "Ali Shan" on the label, I purchase this Taiwanese high mountain tea. Most others just say "Gao Shan Cha" which makes me suspect it's not from Ali Shan.

I'm drinking this now, as it is real Alishan Oolong. I've lived in Taiwan and had a girlfriend who said the "RED TRAIN" label was always good, medium grade(s) (affordable). This brand offers several grades and I've been happy with the two I've tried.
