The product doesn't work. I have a Nikon Z8, and two E mount lenses. The addapter fits perfectly on Z8, but doesn't fit at all on the E mount lenses.

It does exactly what it states and I have no issues with the autofocus speed. Unless you're shooting quick moving subjects, you'd obviously want a native lens but for day to day, it functions perfectly fine.
