The chart is good quality print with sturdy lamination. However, the product arrived damaged. The chart was rolled and packed in a compact box but the packer introduced permanent creases but folding it, in multiple places. And now it cannot be hung straight. The creases now reflect light differently so even if I force it into a glass frame, the creases will show. I would appreciate a replacement product.
