Love, love, love this case! Fits my Martin Soprano Style 2 Ukulele like a glove. Love the retro look. Love the fit & finish and Love knowing my expensive uke is safe and sound. I’m glad I spent the extra money on this case and got the quality I was looking for...

An absolutely beautiful case. The photos looked great, it is even more incredible in person. It fits my new Kala ebony soprano ukulele perfectly. A little bit of a tight squeeze but that is how it should be. It has at least a 1" soft cushion inside that keeps my ukulele snug and in place when moved. The hidden compartment under the neck area was a great surprise. It fits my tuner and a bunch of picks. It should fit a spare set of strings too but you would need to remove them from the packaging.

Tkanina zewnętrzna sprawia wrażenie wytrzymałej, okucia solidne, wewnętrzna wyściółka miękka, dobrze dopasowana do instrumentu (patrz foto). Dołączony jest pasek - a to rzadkość przy sztywnych futerałach.

I recently purchased a Martin 2K Tenor Ukulele (pictured) which came with a very nice gig bag, but NOT a hard case. Really not acceptable for a very expensive, premium stringed instrument. This Gator Journeyman Case fits the Martin Tenor PERFECTLY, and is what Martin SHOULD be providing with their instruments! The case is of excellent quality and craftsmanship, and includes an interior storage compartment for small accessories, along with a padded shoulder strap. I'm delighted, and would certainly recommend this case to anyone with a Tenor Uke!

I brought my Lanikai concert ukelele on an international, trans-Atlantic flight. This case was very sturdy and protected my ukelele quite well, as various things happened on the journey, like it falling off the luggage cart, and another time falling out of the back seat, which was piled high with our other luggage, and falling about 5 feet and hitting the street. No damage to the uke! Inside this case, the ukelele fit so well in the overhead compartment. I could even squeeze it in behind or on top of other people's bags up there. This case is very heavy ... so normally when I'm just walking around town, I prefer my soft side case. For the rough and tumble journey, on planes, trains and automobiles, however, I'm very glad I had this one. I also like that it has kind of a vintage, old-fashioned look. Other cases looks so corporate and bleh. Glad I bought this one!

WARNING: I loved this case when I recieved it, however, it does not fit my soprano ukulele! I have an Ibanez UEWS5 and the body is just too small to fit. I'm super disappointed because it is such an amazing case. I would totally recommend it as long as your ukulele fits!

This is a beautiful case, and is a perfect, snug fit for my Córdoba 22S. It's a gorgeous cream color with chocolate-colored details. The inside pocket fits my Snark tuner, and the soft lining means that I don't have to worry about my ukulele bouncing around inside the case. It was much more expensive than a basic, foam case, but in my opinion, it will also protect a ukulele much better!

The case I ordered arrived with glue bleeding through the fabric on the edge of the case by the linking clasp. The last time I had a case with glue bleeding through fabric, it got worse over time, not better.Otherwise, very nice looking. A perfect fit for my Martin Concert ukulele.

I just received my Gator case for my KPK tenor. Other than a scratch on the top that I believe was done during shipping it is perfect. I did not think it warranted taking a star away due to all the positive traits I listed in the following. The Four latches are strong and look like they will take some abuse. The front latch is keyed if you feel that you need to lock it up. The handle is leather and seems like it will also hold up. There is brown leather like material that goes around the lid opening which matches the handle. The lid opens enough to keep it open when you load or unload your uke.To make it even better it comes with a shoulder strap also. The interior is blue and very soft with adequate padding. My KPK tenor cutaway fits in like a glove with no slop at all. The neck is well supported and plenty of head room. There is an internal storage space with lid that fits my tuner, slide, picks and strap. There is also room under the neck and head where you can store a cleaning towel too.The case even has "feet" on the bottom side and all the hardware is antique bronze giving a kind of vintage look with the burlap cloth material covering the case.As an added bonus for "Gator" fans...it even has a bronze "Gator" metal tag next to the handle. The weight is just around 5 pounds but seems to be built like it is 100 pounds.I would not hesitate stowing this in the overhead compartments on a plane but would never consider checking any instrument to the care of baggage handlers unless it was made of high impact material like those used for expensive photography equipment and even then think twice. It was a toss up between the Crossrock ABS ($89) and the Gator.I personally liked the more vintage look of the Gator and feel like I made the right choice for me. Hey and it was $10 cheaper than the Crossrock! $79 for the tenor with free shipping (pretty cheap insurance in my opinion).Just a note....If I put a dish towel to pad the body end I would not hesitate to use it to transport my Epiphone Les Paul concert either. There is also a lifetime warranty if one should need it which suggests these are made to last.As you may have figured it out by now, I would highly recommend this case.I will update if I feel my first impressions were wrong....but I don't think they will be.Update: 10/2/2014I really love this case and recommend it highly to fellow ukulele players....you will not regret choosing the Gator! Really a quality case and in my opinion it is a bargain at $79.
