This works just like I hoped it would. And a friend of mine has complimented me on it twice. Two tiered takes up less space on the counter. If you don't like the look of a filled dish rack on your counter just throw a pretty towel over everything.

Just assembled and used, and my impression is very favorable.Pros: Unit itself is well designedExcellent usage of spaceCan be placed on an uneven surfaceWater drainage is excellent.Cons: Assembly came with a parts list, but no instructions. Would have benefited from an order-of-assembly, but it's logical enough that assembly is still relatively easy. Would have been easier to assemble if a final-product picture was provided. Else, refer to Amazon page.

Really impressed! It holds much more than I had anticipated and the items dry really quickly due to the drainage and spacing created by the rack.I found it a little tricky to piece together, had to force the pieces together to get them to clip into place.Otherwise a very happy customer.

I’ve had an excellent experience with this company’s customer service. I originally wrote a less than stellar review after my first dish drain broke. I only had it about 8 months and a part of it came apart at one of the welded areas. When I first got it, I noticed it was a bit wonky when I initially took it out of the box. It fit together ok and I didn’t think it warranted a return as I really liked the design and it seems sturdy enough. It worked well until the top rack came apart at the weld and the top rack was no longer stable or useable. I honestly didn’t realize that there was a 1 year warranty so I figured the whole thing was a loss. I gave it a low rating in my review and figured that was it. Within 24 hours I was contacted by Sunly customer service offering to make it right. I received a message from Tiffany, one of their customer service representatives. She informed me that there was a 1 year warranty on my dish drain and that they’d be happy to replace my broken one. She was very helpful and kind.I just received the new dish drain today and put it together. It’s great; it was easy to assemble, fit together perfectly and is rock solid. It looks nice and it holds a lot of dishes. I’m very impressed with the product and especially the customer service experience. I would highly recommend this product; it’s well made, looks nice and the customer service is top notch. They stand behind their product and honor the warranty. I really appreciated how quickly Tiffany resolved my issue.
