Easy to use, easy to assemble, can be removed when needed and then put right back into place, keeps things from sliding around, good value

This truck bed divider fits well in my Ford Maverick and does a great job of keeping my cargo organized. However it was not that easy to install. It effectively separates my gear, groceries, and other items in the truck bed. The aluminum alloy feels sturdy and well-made, so I expect it to last a long time. However, there are a couple of issues that prevent me from giving it a full five stars. First, the spring tension is too tight. While other reviews reassured me that it wouldn’t damage the sidewalls, I was initially worried about the pressure it puts on them. Fortunately, it seems to hold up fine, but having an option for different spring strengths would be a big improvement.Second, while the wing nuts suggest an easy install and removal, I found that getting the divider straight required more force than expected. I had to use pliers and quite a bit of effort, which made the process less convenient than I had hoped. It would be nice if the adjustment mechanism were a bit more user-friendly.Overall, I like this divider for its functionality and fit, but I’d love to see some refinements in the spring tension and ease of adjustment.

Great divider for my 2025 Maverick, easy to put together and apply in the indented area of the box. Appears well made, not flimsy in the slightest...only drawback was the extremely rigid springs that were included...could not close this with my sprayed in liner and did not want to damage the box trying to. Replaced the springs that came with a couple that weren't so rigid and still provided tension. So far has worked well. Very useful addition to my pickup and would definitely recommend!

My 2024 Maverick is almost a year old. As I've used it I have looked for accessories to help make it better to use. When I saw this bed divider available as a free promotional I ordered it. I know it seems to be self explanatory but a drawing showing how the bolts and washers should be installed would be helpful but I figured it out. I tried to put it in but I could not get it to straighten out. I'm an almost 65 year old short round lady with a bad back and decided to wait until I have a way to brace myself and push with my feet maybe to get it in place. That being said, if it's going to take that much work to get it installed I probably won't use it much. It is very well made and seems like it's powder coated and has good rubber ends to protect the truck. I'm going to give it a 5 for now but may downgrade if I can't use it easily.

First, this divider is really well made. The materials are solid, seem to be powder coated or something, and is well put together. The hinges are stout, the bolts holding the endplates and springs are strong, and the springs themselves are really strong. So, all in all, a quality piece. My challenge was getting it in place. I have the factory spray in bed liner, and this joker was a bit challenging to get to straighten out, especially towards the lower section of the recess in the bed walls. I tit get it to go in, and I think I can probably do it whenever needed while out, but I expected the springs to have a little more give and be easier to get this in place. As it is, I felt like I was going to bend the sides of the truck bed while forcing this thing to be straight - the springs really didn't want to compress. That being said, I think this is a nice to have, since it folder up nice and can be stored elsewhere when the full truck bed is needed. I previously had a 2x8 cut to fit, and my problem there was the drastic changes in humidity and moisture here means that I have had it loose at times and impossible to remove at others due to lumber swelling. This should avoid that problem, but does bring its own I suppose.Anyway, well made, does what it says, so 5 stars. I think if you don't have the factory bedliner then you shouldn't have quite the same difficulty getting this in place, so YMMV.

This is a strong and sturdy divider that is fairly light and folds in half for easy storage. It'll work well to keep items from sliding, either forward toward the cab or back, toward the tail gate. Also provides a tie-down point in the center of the bed, which can be handy for some items.Assembly is minimal. The hinges are already attached. Just thread 4 wing-nut bolts with 4 washers and 2 metal plate locking pieces that pivot on two of the bolts into the threaded holes. No tools needed. The parts went together with no issues. The frame appears to powder coated and arrived without damage.Pros:Strong and sturdy materials and constructionFoldsHelps to prevent movement or damage to cargo or truckCan present as a central tie-down point, if neededCons:Difficult to install on my '24 Ford Maverick with drop-in bed liner.Bottom Line:I had a heck of time getting this to straighten out and thus, lock in-place. I had to push with my feet with my back up against my closed garage door. Estimate 200 pounds of pressure, give or take. I was worried about damaging my door. Advise that you carefully back up to a brick wall and use that instead of your garage door. This may go in easily (like the video), if no bedliner or maybe, just the spray-in bed liner. I don't know. I just know that it was a bear to get in my Mavericks bed with the D.I.B.L.One end has two springs with a moveable plate. The springs are very resistant to compression.Dimensional 2 x 6, 2 x 8 or 2 x 10 lumber, cut-to-fit might be a simpler/cheaper solution, if you happen to have some handy. Otherwise, you'll have a big chunk left over.
