Installing this accessory will require basic hand tools, some disassembly of the warming drawer and novice repair experience. You must unplug the warming drawer or shut off the house circuit breaker for the appliance before installing this part.

Came with 2 screws. Instruction shows 4 screws are needed. We contacted whirlpool customer service. The girl said we should contact Amazon customer service. We told her Amazon directed us to whirlpool customer service. Finally reached their parts department after we were put on hold and was disconnected few times. We wised up and gave them our phone number just in case….well got disconnected again and they did not call back. It’s obviously not a connection problem. Returning this item.

I had bought a whirlpool oven last year during black Friday sale. Now during COVID 19 . I have some time to finish my kitchen. After the install while using the oven . Noticed that my floor was getting too hot. So I started looking for this product . Thank you very much for selling it to me . It has solved my problem. Now now more hot floor.
