Hermeticism - The Key of Magic

The truth behind the various teachings of wisdom is the same even if the words are different.  Teachings of wisdom are based on insight of the whole structure, as opposed to exoteric teachings, that only consider parts of the outer appearances.  Hermeticism refers to a secret doctrine, which is named after the messenger of the Greek gods, Hermes, and is associated with the Egyptian god, Thoth.  Hermeticism is also a synonym for Alchemy.

The hermetic doctrine reveals the higher laws of nature and the strongest force of all forces.  It covers the laws of causality, as well as analogy.  The exoteric teachings of hermetic doctrine are still a part of the esoteric.  The inner teachings hold the key of high magic.  The hermetic work leads to incorporation of the spiritual forces in your body.  The form-building activities, through which the adept transforms his body, are completed from the inside.  Hermeticism is not a purely psychological process.  It's theory and practice is based on real nature - as opposed to the apparent nature of the physical universe.  The goal of hermeticism is achieved when the adept has consciously become the master of the forces and forms of the physical world.  Unlimited is his strength, when it turns towards the earth.  He who has knowledge of the microcosm, has an equal understanding of the macrocosm.

You, who desires to dive into the innermost secrets of nature, will, if you can't find what you are looking for within yourself, never find it outside yourself.  Therefore, this statement is repeated in the mysteries: "Man know thyself, for in thee is the treasure of the hidden treasures."
